The Threshold Project
Building a place of welcome for the local community

Introduction

Planning for the Threshold building began in 2014 and, after extensive reviews, planning and fund-raising, the construction work began in late 2017.

The building was completed in early 2018 and formally blessed by the Bishop on 22 April 2018.

At the start of the project churchwardens Ann Stedman & Sarah Scheele said:

"The Threshold Project will enable us to energise our mission and help us provide a place of hospitality in Summertown for all ages and needs."

Come inside, you are invited to cross the threshold
and be a part of the vision of our church.
