Time for God

The Gift of Time
How many times do we feel that we don't have enough time — we are too busy? Or, that after a busy time, that time stretches in front of us and we don't know what to do with it?
Managing time, living comfortably within the 168 hours of a week, is for many of us, one of the most fraught underlying challenges we face.
The starting point is a shift of viewpoint — a reminder:
All the time we have is God's gift
God gives us time to come to know God
We don't earn time, or justify ourselves by our use of it. We just have to receive it in the knowledge that we are God's creatures. God doesn't ask us to live as we can do more than will fit into 168 hours a week. God just asks us to make choices in the way we use our time that deepen our relationship with God.
The Church is the community of people that help one another in making those choices, sharing activities and company that remind us of the holiness of our time:
PRAYER, WORSHIP and SEEKING
and SERVING THE KINGDOM OF GOD
