2012 COMMUNITY TALKS Our 2012 series of talks will have as the theme "Community and Justice" : Friday 20 January - Jonathan Aitken Friday 17 February - Matthew Hall Friday 16 March - Peter Hitchens All talks begin at 7.30pm in Church.
GARDENING PARTIES Gardening parties will take place on the FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH over the summer. Please take part in our "Big Dig". Great things were achieved during the Spring and Summer, and we need to tidy up the garden for its winter hibernation. Have you 'adopted a plot' yet? SUNDAY CLUB Sunday Club for children aged 3 and older during the 10am service - except on the first Sunday of the month which will continue to be an all-age Family Eucharist. will meet during the 10am service children return for Communion 2nd, 3rd & 4th Sundays of the month STORY, SINGING, PRAYER, CREATIVE ACTIVITY Please support the Sunday Club - contact the Vicar for more details.

FAIR TRADE St Michael's is a Fair Trade church; there is a Fair Trade stall in church every Sunday. Buy store cupboard essentials, delicious chocolate, cards, wrapping paper, Palestinian olive oil and whole lot more, and know that you are making a difference.
READING GROUP The next Reading Group meeting will take place in 2012. For details please email the Vicar.
DVDs of the recent "God? Course" are now available - the cost is Ł10 per 2-DVD set.

BARN DANCE The annual Parish party took place on Saturday 28 January in the Church Hall on Portland Road. All neighbours, friends and dancers had a wonderful evening.
